This quaint and user friendly facility was recognized locally as the best public building of 2004. Since the design began prior to the adoption of LEED, the building was designed to meet the strict City of Austin Sustainable Building Guidelines. ACR conducted all of the MEP design and building commissioning for this 16,000 square foot building.
