ACR’s current core staff of Professional Engineers have worked together since 1983. While not unprecedented, it is rare to have this much continuity in one firm—in our field of practice. Over the years, we’ve developed a sort of ‘family’ atmosphere within the company and with our clients. Because sustained energy efficiency is a long-term goal and commitment, intimate personal relationships are natural parts of our engineer-client history.
Our culture, founded in the laid back capital of the world—Austin, Texas—developed naturally into our own informal professional and personal style. Our engineering staff, like our support staff, are grounded in technical theory but we are most comfortable in the field and have no fear of getting our hands dirty.
